So my blaster will turn on first or second kick but when I try to ride it it kinda wants to shut off or bog when I want to go past second gear. I tried fixing it and it looks like it might be the stator or the cdi but im not sure cause when it goes on flat land it wont go past second but on slight down hills I can go up to the last gear so i'm not so sure what it could be any info would help thanks in advance.
