On my 2006 yamaha blaster, my tranny oil drain plug is stripped, so I cant drain the oil. The sight glass is conpletely dry though, even after running it for a minute and letting it all drain back doen in there. I thought that it had no tranny oil, so i went to put some in and if i just barely pour the tiniest bit it, the sight glass completely fills up. It has a small oil leak out of the engine somewhere, so it slowly leaks out. After 1 hour of riding, the sight glass was empty. When I went to add more, it instantly filled up again, with just a little oil. Why is it saying full after adding just a few drops of oil.

Here is what I would do (I am not a professional).
First: Get some vice grips and try to get the drain plug off and drain the oil completely. Then put the plug back on.
Second: Fill up the oil up to the recommended 650 mL or 700 mL because you have a small leak (Whatever you think is best).
Third: At first I wouldn't pay attention to the fill line because that's what's giving you the most mental problems.
Last: keep an eye on it as you ride and make modifications accordingly.
P.S. If you don't mind get back to me on here if it works I'm really curious.
