Keeps fouling plugs

I've put three different plugs in this thing and within an hour of total riding all of them have fouled out. I'm running 32:1 with the stock 220 main jet. What is causing it to foul plugs?

220 was stock in some models. Your going to need to up them. Do you have a leak tester?

When you say fouling plugs you mean there wet with fuel? Is the float height correct? Spark nice and blue? And are you certain your mix is correct?

#220 jets were fitted to some bikes exported to hotter climates like Oceania, US models should have been fitted with #230.

Your main should be at least #250, with your mods.

What is the jet needle position, it should be on the middle slot.

Definatly do a leak test as you may have a leaky crankshaft seal.

The thing I don't understand is it runs absolutely fine after I pop a brand new plug into it until I let it cool down and then it's done for. I will look more into the leak tester though.

Not trying to insult you in any way but when you say your premixing 32-1 how much oil do you add per gallon of gas ? Also is your oil injection system removed ? I know those both sound like stupid questions but sometimes its the stupid little things we over look.

Attach a clear hose to bowl drain, hold (fasten) to side of carb to check float level after riding, mark hose @ level. Then with gas still on let it set for a while, and see if fuel level raises. If so, you either need to clean float needle valve& seat, or replace if needle valve is bad/worn.

While you haven't mentioned excessive smoke, a leak teast wouldn't hurt. A leaking clutch side crank seal would smoke bad, oil fouling plugs, until it ran low on oil. Then it would suck air and have a lean burn/white-burnt plug.

Is the plug carbon fouled, wet gas fouled, or oil fouled?
Also, is trans oil low?

What it's your riding style i asked?? are you always riding in the low rpm range?

What brand oil are you using? Also what is your oil level at now? Is plug gap correct? And what does the end of your exhaust look like? Is it wet at all? Can you peek into exhaust port n see if it's really bad with carbon build ..

If you let it sit and idle allot your going to foul plugs. Use good oil not cheap weedeater stuff, although you could i wouldn, use fresh gas also. Although you could go to a hotter plug i wouldn't recommend it because you would only be masking the problem..

A good oil and fresh fuel is a must.

I run 25:1 at a much richer AFR than most here on BF and have never fouled a plug.

If it passes a leak test, plug chop to confirm jetting.
