i found out why i broke down up in pa it was my Crankshaft the bearings were shot and it bent like just a tad and it heated up and it blew the rings. the piston was so hot the the rings melted inside the piston so i im getting the cyclinder bored alil and new Crankshaft and a piston soooooo yeah i have to work alot of hours now... but my friends keep saying get rid of the blaster and i told them that i would beat them in a race any day .....f*cking peice of sh*t honda 300exs f*ck honda 300exs i hate them there not fast at all i would rather a trx450r if i ever got a sh*ty four stroke ....damn my friends piss me off X(

lol well hate to burst ur bubble but there sh*tty 300ex will kick ur blasters ass....why bc ur sh*t is blown and theres isnt..lol 4 pokes baby!!!!


but g/l on ur rebuild man..it will feel nice to have fresh power.
 
good thing you found the problem shouldnt be to hard to get her running. Are 300exs slower than the blaster, ive never rode one?
 
yeah so much slower i beat my friend on the take off and on a straight away. i just hate the sound of the 300ex its like a lawn mower but more quite
 
slow = dependability

I've owned alot of 4 strokes and they are more dependable....but the day the engine takes a sh*t is the day they cost more than your blaster ever has. And if you build the motor and race it..it will take a sh*t, been there done that!
 
good luck with the rebuild....your blaster should walk on those 300ex's easy


and easy on that honda talk........they're freakin great quads. most of which are pretty reliable. just fill it with gas and check the oil and run it

yea really...my other quad it a 87 honda 125 (no suspension) and it runs like a champ, i use it for my mudboggin 4wheeler.....gl with the rebuild
