hmmmm... ya.. that does seem low.... tell ya what... instead of riding... have the bike sit and idle for ten minutes or so.. then look all around for leaks. put some carboard or newspaper under the motor so you can determine a general area where the leak is.- xxxxfloodedxxxx

shock adjusters
you need the tool for it.... the tool sorta looks like a question mark... (?) its has a handle and essentially a hook that locks into the grooves on the adjusters.- xxxxfloodedxxxx
