Yes the head can be machined to a stock cylinder and accept pistons from 66-68mm. I can also machine them for BBK cylinders too. Either way its a huge improvement over stock. PM me if interested.

Sounds like a plugged fuel system or improper float level. Check the float level and then blow out the fuel line to the tank. Check the needle and seat to make sure theres nothing plugging the passage ways. Make sure its flwoing plenty of gas. Dont worry about the spark plug threads when you go...

Ive ran AMSOIL before and it doesn't produce smoke at all when the engines warm. It will a little when its cold but otherwise it burns super clean.

Yes, get rid of the timing advance and put it back to stock timing. And you can bolt this right on and run it. Let me know how it runs for you.
