So before the front suspension could go back in i wanted to widen it.

Assembly commenced... well atleast after some painting and stuff

So in the discussion on the link http://www.blasterforum.com/threads/extended-swingarm-think-twice.50875/ i saw what was to be done and what not on extending my swing arm. For instance common sense said to me not to break tubular structure to extend it.... rather do it on the 6mm steel brackets...

Painted the suspension and frame metallic cast iron. I made the swing arm 80mm longer at the back and gave it some structure

So i stripped down the blaster to a empty frame. As i assemble i clean and replace whatever must be replaced. Which basically was the 2220 bearings in the back and the seals. I campared the original and donor parts and only used the best condition parts.

Oh cool. Yes id do that aswell if i could gety hands on one. But till then im gna build a 230 liquid cooled head. Im gona try. Lol.
