Hey everyone! I did a full rebuild on my wifes 91 blaster. I went with Vito's 240 big bore kit. Trying to get the jetting and needle position dialed in. Wondering if you guys have suggestions or what your running? I currently have a 290 main and 30 pilot, I have the needle on the third position...

Leak test?

I have an 89 blaster that I just got rid of the tors unit, and put the strait cable on. Have a hard time startin, have to use carb cleaner sometimes to get it to fire, but when it does, it's wide open, like the needle is stuck? I took apart the carb, cleaned everything, checked jets/needle ect...
