i would check the TORS too,i have a 03 blaster i put a extended swingarm on and after that it would idle great but nothing past idle,i disconnected the parking brake and it has a sensor for the TORS so you can not go past idle without the e brake hooked up,i just unpluged the wire for the sensor...
