i can tell that the camera dosent give the depth of that hill any justice but for sure that is one serious hill climb for a blaster!!! good job man, thats gotta be one bad ass blaster!

sounds like the tors to me. it will start and idle fine all day but soon as you apply throtle it falls on its face, last time mine did that it was the parking brake sensor, it could also be the thotle sensor. sounds like your engine is fine you just need to re run all your tors wires and...

hey man whats the deal with good fellas they had your engine for like a month and half already??? i hear they are great guys to due business with but remind me to never take my bike there for repairs! all you needed was a bore and new piston i dont get it.

did you pre-lube the cylinder with some 2 stroke oil befor you cranked it over for the first time? how much clearence is there between the piston and cylinder. does it sound like the piston is hitting the head, or just ratteling around in there, or does it sound like a noise from the bottem end...

any word back from good fellas? how long before the engine is ready? are you painting both sides of the plastics yellow or are you goin for a 2-tone look?

no..no..no.. this is good. actually, there has been alot of people asking how to do this. a couple of people have replied but nothing as informative. all the 03 and up guys have been lookin for a way to clean up all those usless wires. they should make it a sticky.
