This is how i did my airbox lid. It was an ehs racing kit off ebay. Worked great with my toomey and the water will sheet over the outerwear (for the most part) instead of falling into the air filter. Looks and sounds great!

You say nothing need be said about performance but i want to know! LOL! Great job looks good. When you get the bugs worked out let us know how much better than the blaster motor it is and how is the vibration issue?

I assumed no changes were made before it started messing up. Jetting shouldn't be that far off for no reason. Just throwing that out there. Only other thing i could add is to make sure there is a little slack in your throttle cable. Make sure your idle is not being adjusted by the cable but...

If you know you do not have an air leak start with a tors delete kit and never look back. Kinda surprised you haven't done that yet. :D
