    it's a uni. I figured that the restriction in the intake would make a differance but it's a HUGE differance. With it off it has no problem pulling the wheels in 2nd gear. with it on it's not gonna happen.

    octane

    ask anybody with a car that needs high octane gas if its not picky. jetting most certaintly matters. a/f ratio is just as important in a car as in a quad or any other internal combustion engine. all im saying is it's perfectly ok to mix gas with a few exceptions.

    I mix 94 and 110 in my car all the time. It does raise the octane rating. I don't see how it could damage it or cause any problems. If it did then don't you think that there would be alot of messed up cars out there seeing as how people rarely fill up with the same brand of gas all the time.

    I dont think the fuel line is obstructed as i've turned the petcock on with the line off the carb and it seems to flow pretty good. o well. I'm off work now so i guess i'll be in the garage working on this thing again and probably going bald. lol
