    cheap/free mods for the blaster

Reed spacers help if you put them after the reed cage, it allows more room and time for the fuel to atomize, however boost bottles are worthless.

    lectron carbs

People can crank out different gains, and if you're smart and build right, you'll get a little more than just 2,000 rpm powerband, have you personally tried using one on your bike? It sounds to me like it's just a different kind, that's like saying never buy a round slide because the flat slide...

    Help! sucked water into motor!

Ya know, that seemed like a lot of work to go through, it's a two stroke, you can beat it up a little. haha, I just run mine till it clears up, doesn't even take me a half hour, i just kinda putt around in 4th doing like ten miles an hour, lol. And it eventually clears up, and my compression is...

    Reving higher when hot??

Hey burnin' oil, does your blaster really go that good on fuel? I use 91 octane with ams oil synthetic, and i chug gas, two days at little sahara utah, and i went through about 7 gallons premix

Can a PowerJet keep a Blaster from seizing

I've ran my blaster at wide open throttle for a long time and nothing is wrong with it, compression as good as ever, and have never slowly backed the rpm's off from wot. As long as you're jetted correctly, you won't have a problem, at all. So basically you need to jet a little rich if you plan...

My blaster loses to a 300ex

With my toomey and bigger carb I walk away from 300ex's and from raptor 350's and from the raptor 250's. I even beat my friends 350 enduro on pavement the other day

    Amsoil

Oh ya that's a really good point man, I dunno what that's at in gallons, I'll have to go check my mix cup and see. I forgot we're not all using standard measurements

My blaster does not like me

It's definitely not anything electrical, it's carb jetting, maybe bad gas, and just a general tune on your carb. Trust me, i've got an oversized on mine and it takes a lot of tuning

    Help Help! air problem?

Yeah go with UNI, I have a clamp on K&N and I'm not a huge fan, it's difficult to clean when really dirty, and gets really dirty on trails, and supposably doesn't allow as much air flow

Whats better a wider frontend or backend

I think my front end is like, a half inch or and inch wider on the front, and I like it for the track and for the dunes, I feel for stable all around, but I also need a bigger swinger too, which helps a ton

    New Crank Install

Well I've been wanting to get it ported as well, so I figured I'd go with the crank, and then have it ported to match if that sounds good? Cause wildcard is about an hour and a half away from my house, and right on the way to the dunes, so I figured that might be the way to go. What do you guys...

    New Grips!

Alright everyone, I did a little research and shopping around, and decided to go with pro taper's triple compound pillow top grips. they're extremely comfortable and seem to last about a year of decent hard riding. They fit perfect on pro taper SE bars, and I'd recommend pro taper grip glue to...
