carb is capped off. motor was pressure tested at 7 pounds no leaks . float level set. new needle and seat replaced . I will try to set it again tomorrow.

Thanks for all the help! I'm going to put the pipe on tomorrow and try the 280# jet that I have and drain the fuel and go with 32:1 mix . I have a foam air filter on it that came with the quad I will leave the air lid on for now . I'm trying to get the jetting rite so I can go riding with my son...
