Thanks. Make sure your bike has spark, fuel is getting through and that the timing is right. Try starting the bike with the piston at tdc and don't open the throttle when you kick

The diameter of the tyre will be written on the side wall eg. 22x11x8. So the diameter is 22" +/-. You can check your diameter with the tyre manufacturer since it will not be exactly what is written on the side wall. Yes the circumference is Pi (22/7) x diameter.

Since the motor is ported the standard pipe will be a bit off. The standard pipe will have to be cut and extended a bit to fit the frame so that will change the tuned length of the pipe. Also the pipe is not in very good condition. We put a degree wheel on the bike and measure the port timing...
