I just went to a shop and dropped $20 on a Fly Racing carbon steel ATV-bend handlebar. Things were a little snug, but it works fine. Thanks for the replies.

The link for the trailtech bars mentioned in other threads is dead and I can’t find anything on their website, so I guess they don’t make bars anymore.

I called them yesterday and was told “they aren’t the same as stock. You’ll just have to try them and return it if they don’t fit.” Not a game I’m willing to play at the moment.

I guess I’m an idiot when it comes to handlebars, but why is it so difficult for aftermarket people to make the exact same-size handlebars as OEM? There are a million options out there except bars that fit the machine as it is. I hear most have too short of a control length to fit all of the OEM...
