Yamaha claims the magic angle is 11 degrees on the YFZ450...

Doesn't running the lower shock mount that way (no bushing) wear the hole larger/oval with time? Main reason I ask is I have to build a mount for a similar shock and was mentally debating how to do it...

I would think so, I got a similar setup for the atv I'm building and it stops pretty well! The quality probably isn't the best tho
