    I see no mention of pre mix and or stock oil injection being used, If pre mix double check that the oil injection nipple is blocked off on carb body.

    Poor Materials for sleeve- soft- casting slag left behind in ports could come free and cause damage, Improper port timing and port dimensions compared to oem, Its china....

    You will forever chase yourself if you are trying to use stock jetting settings with aftermarket pipe and + the port work , I run a oem stroke/bore ported cyl with a modded/shaved oem head and I'm running a 310 main and its barely fat enough without doing a plug chop to confirm- just finished...

    250 full rebuild

    Any air leak in a 2 stroke will cause a lean condition, some more worse than others depending on where and how severe the leak is, I see signs of 4 corner seize on that piston pictured, improper warm up prior to riding with an air leak will cause all kinds of piston wear/damage.
