... how does a 240 blaster only do 65 topped out, i had a blaster that was only bored like 10 or 20 over thats all an it did anywhere between 60 an 65...just curious.....

i got her fixed till its time to rebuild her again...then its all new+4 mm crank...an so on....

shes fixed...i got her fixed guys.....(break-in) process starts next....

Ok i dont really wanna do this but oh well! if anyone is close to me im in indiana got a 95' blaster great shape, top end just rebuilt, lot of aftermarket, only thing is, that it needs a new crank shaft, the thread stipped, pics posted on vid/pic section....700 obo.....

the stripped crank shaft an nut... close look of the shaft... close look at the whole in the clutch case... my motor... got this 95' for 300 dollars from sum guy that messed it up... now i messed it up...i need a bottem end cause i dont wanna try an replace the crank shaft an mess...

just got the blaster put back together start it up clicks in gear, an now wont go anywhere. i have drove it before an the tranny worked fine...idk wats wrong!!!!!!!

yeah i gotthe tors eliminator cap, but i dont have the idle kit...

just got this motion pro twist throttle got it all on, what do i do to get it to idle right im not to fiamilyor with it...thanks....

when i put my clutch side case on an tightin the bolts down my kick starter locks up, im pretty sure im putting it in right.....but ill take the case of and take it out an put it back in an just sit the case on there without the the bolts an it works...?
