anyone happen to know the under head length of the two long case bolts that secure the stator and case halves ? I cant look till later this week ! THANKS !!

did you find the displaced chunk ? it may be in the pipe. the way it broke, makes it look like there is a screw head stuck in the bottom of that divot !

that's great I haven't seen the mini's run in a while ! yea we will be there ,the only race in Dec is on 12/3 its the last race of the season. actually we have a SDTA TT and FT race this Sat and MCS TT races on 11/10and 11/25 .

that looks like a good place to race ! yea the blaster def needs lots of work to put it on the 450's , but it can be done.

we have a handful of MX guys that swap out tires ,they may be interested in starting up a class. I will need to confirm with the owner as most track dont allow knobbies . we run with the sprints mostly so I dont think it would be a problem, I know he wouldnt do it if we were racing on the same...

here is some race footage from the SDTA flat track series. Blasty fighting with Banshee's and 450's . once I got the front end dialed , it was game over for the bolt on 450's and Banshee's running the intermediate class in TT or FT.

Is it possible you have a +4 crank, they need case trenching to fit .

The 200 is plated , the 240 sonic is sleeved . the 240 sonic kit comes complete with a new cylinder ,piston,head,gaskets it uses a larger six bolt 250r reed block. You can also get CT to install a big bore sleeve in your cylinder ,and chamber your head
