Any idea what pipe this is?

I vote FMF as well, had mine off lots lately and looks identical to me :D

    KOR 6mm stroker crank !!!!!!

Some strokers retain their stock conrods, the extra displacement comes from the big end of the rod being further offset from the centerline of the crankshaft.. Not sure what the standard offset is on a blaster crank but I reckon 6.5mm is a big change!! Awaiting the results of this project...

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

Steve, when I first cut my head down it measured 18cc but I hadn't had it on a lathe at that point (I work away and the "toys" are at work!) so had just removed most of the head gasket lip and used a dremel to remove a little material around the spark plug.. Still had a large and somewhat deep...

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

Here's the pics of my second cutting of the chamber.. Measures about 44mm diameter and about 3/8" deep before radius in the corner of the combustion chamber relief!

    wwholden's head mod and arbor

The squish band is calculated by AREA, so (pi x radius x radius). You've got the diameter multiplied by 0.55 to get ~37mm I can't remember the figures off the top of my head but it works out to be about 44mm DIAMETER for the main combustion chamber if 50% of 67mm bore is desired! And I'm...

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

Just using the round bit with the rough cutting edge, it takes a little while and you need to unclog the bit every few seconds but it gets there! I found that filling the chamber with a bit of water and running the tool slower helps with the clogging as long as you can still see what you're doing..

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

Thanks! I used a small boring bar for the combustion chamber at about 80° so nearly perpendicular to the head gasket sealing surface and have since gone a bit deeper to increase the volume to ~23cc I will go measure it up and get a new picture later on but at a guess, the near perpendicular...

    wwholden's head mod and arbor

Also looks like you have left the squish area quite large. I've read in several places that 50% of the total bore area is a good starting point. This calculated to machining the toroidal section out to a diameter of approximately 44mm. Your arbor looks 10x better than mine!! I didn't have...

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

Cool, now that I've sorted that out here's some full sized head pics as well as my cleaned up exhaust :D

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

Can you please explain a little more about the image size please? I'm better at engines than computers 8-| I'm using photobucket and copied the URL into the address bar in the "insert image" icon that looks like a mountain!! Cheers

    Vitos Stroker Questions

The spark plug thread is 14mm x1.25mm.. At least it is on my head :p Have just rechambered my head myself too, can't wait to see the results! Cheers Al

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

The chatter stopped just before machining over the bolt holes and the finish is nice & smooth from there in.. Pretty certain it was mainly caused by my arbor not being as large as desired!! Work with what you have though. I will leak test it prior to running! Cheers

    Re-Jetting for Re-chambered head??

Right-o here goes.. First ever attempt at posting pics!! First up is my Exhaust and Transfers before I touched them.. Second pics are after I cleaned them up.. And lastly a couple of pics of my rechambered head I:I Had a little bit of chatter ont the outer part...
