Gents, i have tuned the bike as per the instructions kept adjusting the air screw till the highest idle it ended up one turn, the thing is after a while of riding the bike it start to spit black oil from the exhaust chamber again, it’s really confusing me, any thoughts

I don’t quite get highest idle thing, on the T5 instructions it says turn the airscrew 3/4 i did that and it ran fine, but i want to achieve the best tune more explanation would do me Better thanks.

Okay so i took everything apart cleaned the Carb adjusted the needle on middle position, reed valves was covered in oil cleaned that as well, and it ran perfectly got fixed the idle issue much thanks but now am having troubles to follow ur guide can’t we FaceTime easier i live in Egypt bit hard...

I have followed the instructions, the bogger won’t idle, maybe it’s because it’s spiting black oil out of the exhaust chamber do i need to clean something or is it electrical but it runs when i throttle

Yes Stock carb jet 300 came with the pipe needle is in 3rd position it was as per the instructions, i don’t know what to do if i am running rich ?, but at the moment the idle problem is what driving me crazy it was running perfectly with no issues

Dears, i own blaster 200, i have on T5 pipe and installed jet kit comes with it and adjusted the needle and installed the jets as per the instructions came with the pipe, iridium plug. i have V-Force 4 with spacers, K&N filter and it was running very good. Did not take it for a long run but...
