hey guys today, we got home from school, let our three dogs out. and what do you know the neighbors lets theirs out at the same time everyday after ours are out. she then she gets mad that ours went over there when hers is standing there barking its head off at ours.

So she stands there and yells at me for 5 minutes while i'm holding onto our 3 dogs trying to keep them from eating hers.

Then a half hour later we are riding our blasters in our yard jumping our driveway and she says we are turning around on their land cause there's a few small trees that we planted on our side about 10 feet, so she thinks that's the line and we are going past it onto their land, but we are coming about 3 feet from their land. she came out and took pictures and everything.

Any advice as what to do?

Also she says next our dogs come into her yard shes going to shoot them.

Also they used to have chickens and guineas and they were in our yard everyday.
And her dogs come into our yard quite a bit.

she has a valid point about the dogs, they must remain on your property or be tied/leashed.
as for the property line...time to get it surveyed and throw a fence up within the laws of your locale.
that should keep your dogs and blasters on your own property ?

we do keep our blasters on our property we have had surveyed before, there is a animal fence like cows etc. on half of it that is theirs

i forgot to add their dogs have been in our garage before to

sounds like you have the property line covered, let her take all the pics she wants then, maybe give her a link to here and she can post up some pics for ya I:II:II:I

but ya gotta keep your dogs on your own property, or leashed. period.
or expect legal problems down the road. X(

Sounds like you need to come to an understanding with the people next door before things get out of hand.

we tried that after they walked into our woods when we were out deer hunting 3 years ago not being qeuit at all mind you, told em to stay on theirs and keep their chickens over there (this was before they got dogs) didn't work very long

Dunno about your laws in US but stray dogs get taken to the pound in Oz, if the dog is not leashed and on your property is is classed as a stray.

sounds like you need to get the law involved, before she does

i was outside watching them, i was just on the other side of the house when they took off,

if anyone is wondering we live out in the country, and really only have they for close neighbors

haha too late for that she called and they told her shoot next time they cross the line,

does that apply to you shooting her chickens next time they come over for a visit ??

BBQ chicken dinner FTW !!!!!I:I

they don't have chickens anymore, but i would think that would apply for her dogs also.....

now i kinda wish they had them annoying birds still...... now im hungry....

i understand that and will from now on, but what am i supposed to do when hers get over here?

Your property, her dogs. You "accidently" left a bowl of antifreeze out when changing it in car, (She threatend to kill yours).

E: Just read the law told her to shoot yours dogs next time they go into her yard? Deff put bowl of antifreeze, kill her dogs.

Problem solved.

newer anti-freeze has been changed to have a bitter taste, to save dogs and husbands everywhere !!!!

I'm older and a home owner so it's different but I always try to be friends with my neihbors. I've pissed off a couple of mine and we all still get along.
Theres only one who had to be educated on the fact I own the back lot behind his house too that I let a farmer farm. He STILL seems to think he has a say in me riding there....
He has even video taped me riding for some reasone- idiot.
