I understand that +2 +1 widen the stance of the quad in the front, but can someone explain exactly what that means? Thanks

if it says +1 it means one inch longer that stock +2 means 2 inches longer than stock and so on

On the same note, ive heard of people saying they turned the front wheels around for the opposite backspacing to get a wider stance. I did that on my old suzuki and broke both spindles. I'd imagine its the same outcome on the yamaha too?

you CAN flip them but it puts stress onto the spindles, i would reccoment just getting aftermarket a arms
