15 tooth is the largest that will fit the front on a Blaster!

How did you come to the idea that you have a 250cc engine?

15 is a pretty tight fit, the largest that I would use is a 14 for good chain clearance!

The reason I commented about the 250cc, is that it is not a usual size for a Blaster.

It may have been bored 50 oversize, but that only takes it to just over 200cc.

14 front and 38 rear should give you good top speed without it being max rpm

When you do decide on sprockets, it is a great idea to replace both, and with a new chain.

Old chains and new sprockets are a bad match and may cause damage to engine cases!
