hello

I want, after I introduced myself and ask at the same time, the first question.

I want to build my Blaster road again. And find out a good setup for the best speed. but so that you do not bring it to its limits. What gears front and rear would you recommend for my tires. 225 / 40-10

I should also mention that it is a 250cc with FMF exhaust and manifold.

If I've forgotten what that you can correct the recommend me. then asks quietly. :)

Now I have also read that a 18 speed should do the front and rear 38.

Unfortunately, I do not find here but a 18 for the front. Can I, as well as from another Yamaha. And if so, what.

ok, danke.

Der Vorbesitzer hat den Zylinderkopf ausgebaut. Und ich habe auch die Dokumente.

So gehen Sie nicht mehr als 15 auf sie.

15 is a pretty tight fit, the largest that I would use is a 14 for good chain clearance!

The reason I commented about the 250cc, is that it is not a usual size for a Blaster.

It may have been bored 50 oversize, but that only takes it to just over 200cc.

When you do decide on sprockets, it is a great idea to replace both, and with a new chain.

Old chains and new sprockets are a bad match and may cause damage to engine cases!
