When you have Over 300 Post's And Not Being a Supporting member , Or You can Pay and Wait until 30-35 Posts and you can then post in the Classified !

Edit : . Make sure you click on The right Link , If you Donate you might not be able to post in the Classified section , Just make sure you Click Support
