what is a good pipe?

they produce good low end power, not very good if you have major engine work, but they work, a good pipe is any right bend like F7, LRD, Dynoport, or a the 2 left bend ones that are any good are shearer and Toomey

ok thanks i dont have any engine mods right now but i am about to bore the engine after doing that do you think it would be a good idea to get a new pipe?

i hate these generalized responses. if you have a fairly stock motor and do trails and are not persuing high performance then the fmf is great for you. its not a matter of what pipe is best but rather what pipe best suits you and your riding style. i tend not to like the pipes mentioned above save for the dynoport because i ride wide open top end mostly so those others dont suit me. so thats how you go about pipes not just cause the majority says one thing is best
