gettin there man ya just need to work on straightning things out a bit. i used a dremmel drum sander and lots of sanding pads to do that.
 
bigger pictures who did the work what was done and pictures of more then just the intake exhaust and transfers are where its at B)
 
I'm just getting ready to start doing the same thing on a practice cylinder I bought. have some rep for the DIY. It always good to see people trying themselves.....
 
Ugly doesn't mean it won't run. Ugly can result in a snagged ring so you have to be careful on how much material you take and what the port roofs are shaped like.

I can tell you, you need to lay off the burr man. Burr's are really good for fast material removal to get the general shape. Once you've got the shape you want, you need to drop back to stones and sanding drums. That'll help the "tracking" of the tool that gets the two intake windows uneven.
