urathane motor mount

Would you think it would be able to build a urthane mount?


I have an old kit from one of my hondas and i keep thinking why not.

The swing arm mount is solid but the front one why not it would have the solid metal shaft threw the urathane that would absorb

simple..but use rubber instead of urethane. rubber absorbs more vibration.you also need a metal inner sleeve.

i would think urathane would be better so it doesnt have to much give, the urathane will still hold alot of its riggitity

i haooen to have an old energy suspension kit for my old honda civic.


it has the shafts and the urethane bushings thats the main reason.

So you honestly think it's worth doing?


Also when i figure out the mounting should i mount it from the bottom or the top of the frame?


I'm going to have to cut out alot of the front bars to fit the exhaust correctly i plan on looping it either up or down depnding on how the pipe sits on the frame, the exhaust will be on the other side of the quad.

I'm going to see if i can also fit the 250r rear shock better
