Well from what I am being told by the state officials I will not be able to register my frame and if a LEO were to happen to notice it does not have a serial number it (or the whole quad once it is finished) can be seized. So anyone have a titled frame cheap? Really want to continue this build but I dont want to put money into this and then have the state steal it from me. X(
