stripped screws

i need some help! Whats the best way to get stripped screws out?

needle nose vice grip is what i use theres also a special bit that i used to use but it dissapeareddddd

defently impact screwdriver by far. just pick yourself up one and it does wonders. even if its striped to crap. but if its like nothing, like just a circle with nothing to grip, your guna have to easy out it.

^ bingo! thats what it was but i forgot whta i was thinking about good save 89 custom!

nah, order yourself the grip-it grab-it set and you'll thank me later, easy outs kinda suck cuz you gotta drill a pilot, and that can be really dangerous with small screws/bolts, also craftsman makes some cool bolt removers for when the heads have been rounded off, they work well on stripped screws too.
