What effect will running a Resistor type plug on the older Blasters that use non-resistor plugs have?

My manual calls for br8es which is a resistor plug. So not sure what you are after. That will work on all stock app's. It's bloody hard to come up with a non R plug nowadays. I would imagine they would work fine if you cross ref. it out and want to go for it.

OK...
Looked back a little further and the old one indeed want a b8es. I don't see any diff. on a Blaster. Worst thing will be probably making the cdi last longer and that ain't bad.
The resistor mostly knocks down electrical interferance in vehicles with sensitive elec. systems. Blaster's ain't complicated.
Use 'em if you got 'em!
