Some help please

Hi,
I have recently purchased a Fmf Fatty and power core 2 exhaust and it is now on its way from the states.

What i need to know is will i need to upgrade my main jet? because ihave heard that a after market exhaust can make a engine run much leaner.

yep need to go up a size or two on the main

i run a 270 main jet with the same exhuast but the airbox lid off

oh i must get a new main jet then, Are jets universal or are there certain ones for the blaster carb

with stock carb u need a mikuni (spelling??) jet.

jets are pretty much universal just depends which brand you get

if you have a hardware store on lawnmower shop or powersports shop of farm inpliment...one of those will have the meikuni jets 270 should work but location is the key and elevation make sure you do a plug chop after you put the pipe and new jet in....

Ok thanks for that, what jet would you recommend.I would like to keep my air box lid on as the weather over here is really rubbish.
