A few pictures of my brothers 2005? 06? blaster with his custom fab, skid plates
Shug Tech

Also a few pictures of how the build was going on..

the skid plates were made from a road marker sign :)
with a template marked out in cardboard and used to get the overall size and shape, then cut to fit, then using a rivet gun to secure it to the frame...
the swirls on the plate, were made using a small scouring pad in a twist motion to give the circle effect..

your blaster looks real good i like the color combo but the rivets in the frame probably werent a good idea but it still looks nice good work guys

cool guys dont mean to b cheeky but yous mob a (steamin drunk )its not got a ferrari 430 engine in it ,and shugtechs the man ....shugtech is god reincarnated ...wot he says goes so put a sock in it hes all ready built yz 250 blaster a stroked balster and a hole lot more this project was built for a laugh to our quads look sh*t and he done a very good job .wot u think mrthrust..

nice i like it all except the front hood, otherwise everything looks sick. im guessing the hole in the large plate is for the oil drain?

here,,,,, what is it about the front "hood" that you dont like, is it the superman logo? i thought it looked the biz!!... it'll look even better when im driving about wi my black superman costume on...lol

be better to weld some nuts onto the frame , then bolt the skidplate on , won't weaken the frame , and will be far easier to remove in the future , still looks good , keep it up
