  • there good but you gotta take real good care of them i mean rotax will always be the best for karts and honda comes 2nd imo! you going buying one?
well the 3 parts of the combustion triangle are fuel spark and air. if you have fuel (assuming your petcock is open and theres gas in your tank), you have spark make sure the exhaust isnt clogged (mine was and wouldnt run b/c of it) you may have put the jet in wrong..maybe try that
no it wouldnt cause it to seize just bc of that exhaust. I had stock jets with the same set up for over 2 years and never had a problem. Could have been a number of things, mix wasnt mixed right, somthing might have broke inside, ring went and is wedged inside..ect. If you post up a thread about it im sure ull get some better feedback then that, and even pin point the problem man.
i woulda say get a bigger jet. your running stock right? put in atleast a 260 after you rebuild. i eddited what i said so look over it again. i realized after pc2 was the silencer. i had that setup when i first got my blasty. i was running a 260 with the airbox lid off and fmf system and boyessen reeds, the guy before did that setup and i think 260 was lean(i had little knowledge at the time)
hmmm id say with a fmf system it would already be running a little lean, all depending on your altitude, but i dont think it would be enough to seize it. check for air leaks.
Nah dude I'm not mad u can put that back in ur sig I forgot to put jk lol. Sorry man hope I didn't make ya mad.
