your slide inside of your carb could be stuck. just pull the carb off without removing the cable an look it should be almost shut but not all the way shut. if thats okay pull your reed cage out then inspect them make sure the reeds are shut an not stuck open or are not damaged

i think its the head gasket...today i seen a little exhast puff come from the head....this sounds right dont it?

could be, loosten the head and then tighten the bolts in a cross pattern doing it evenly until tight, check for any cracks in the intake manifold, i would not do the soap test cause it could get sucked in!, tighten the head evenly and see if that helps, that was my problem, i would then loosten the intake manifold on the cylinder and torque that evenly as well, check to make sure the manifold is tight on the carb outlet, hope this helps!

try making you mixture richer and see ifit idles down, then you know you have an airleak i would think?
