rev problem

hi guys, i have a 2006 yamaha blaster. When i start it goes fine, the idle is stable, but as soon as i rev it a bit the engine goes very low and it stops. there is also some petrol the drips through a pipe from the carbeurator when its on 'fuel on.' Please help, i am new at this, thanks.

sounds like a TORS system problem, just delete it exactly as described in the DIY.....

clean float valve.....
