Rechambered head with 3mil crank

I have an engine that I want to install a Vito's 3 mm crank in. I had the head rechambered by Ken O'Connor last year. So my question is will I still need to use the spacer to avoid detonation? Or do I need to send him the head again to rechamber it specifically for the added stroke?

Every time I assemble a Blaster I check the squish. If it is not 0.035" +0.009" I shim the basegasket to get it there. It will probably be OK, but check it anyway.
