My top end in the blaster just blew today and I called around and I was wondering if 250$ was reasonable to have someone do it

^^^^^^ agree. If you have mechanical knowledge and some tools you can do most of it yourself. The boring and honing send out but the rest you can do. Make sure you get a leak tester first though. Many of threads on here in to help you out. If you decide to do it yourself you will be much more satisfied in the end imo... Plus you will learn allot in the process. Also remember your on the best blaster forum there is, and plenty of knowledgeable and experienced members on here to help you out. Just remember take pics. :)
