rear rotor removal hub nut removal

I have an 04 blaster. All I'm trying to do is remove the old brake rotor, but after heating and beating on it I can't get it to move the slightest bit. Yes the cotter is removed. Can anyone please tell me what I am missing??
 
PB Blaster allowed to soak over night, bigger torch, bigger hammer, and 4 foot long cheater pipe on a 1/2" drive breaker bar
 
yup you need bigger badder tools
1/2 breaker bar with a long pipe fitted over it.
i recently did this like 3 days ago on a truck lol
 
if you dont have a bigger torch, heat it with the small torch, and then immediately spray pb blaster on the parts, it will smoke and stink, but the blaster cools and penetrates instantly, usually breaking the rust bond the parts have, i've had great luck with that technique
 
You need a couple 2" or 50mm wrenches at $50-$80 each. Kinda steep for a one use tool.

These are just mild steel but they will do the job without bending. 1"x.5" and 2"x.25" and a stick welder.

As others have said, heat and PB Blaster. Anything with the name Blaster is good.
If they squeak when you start moving them, use heat and candle wax to prevent the threads from galling.

Sheesh, you are right AWK, I gotta read closer.
Heat,PB Blaster and the right socket are the right answers.
These hubs are often Locktite'd on, both threads and spline, so both nut and hub need heat.

wow best, those are some serious wrenches, only thing i can see is if you get your fingers in between them while trying to break the nuts free, its like a paper cutter lol.
 
Someone may have welded in the end prior to you unless your the first owner. Unfortunately I've ran across that before. Yuck
