on average how much does powder coating cost? like to do the frame, hubs, swingarm, control arms, maybe wheels, maybe handle bars, foot rests, and foot pegs

My brother got his frame sand blasted for $20 and sandblasted all the small parts in a box type we borrowed.
Powder coat my guess would be 150-300 Just because you have to pay them for their time...

u cant powdercoat stock A-arms safely.... there is a place part that could melt and then u would be in trouble riding along and your wheel falls off, because of that plastic piece.
That plastic part you speak of is within the ball joint, it does not like to be heated much.
i forgot about that. i'll just have to save money and buy some after market ones. those things are not cheap
I seen a guy on here awhile back who was able to take the balljoint out of the stock blaster arms, idk how he did it tho
Probably a saw... I think i have seen replacements for a stock, but not sure where...
