I use Mequiars mag and aluminum polish with microfiber cloth's , it works amazing ! , the stuff i use is old , in a can like car wax , they make the new liquid style of the same stuff i use , haven't needed any yet so not sure if its the same stuff or not !

the best polish that i have found by far is called nevr-dull and it is literally magic in a can.
i took an old rusty fmf gold and buffed the rust off with steel wool and then used nevr-dull on it and it looks almost new. works on chrome, aluminum, stainless EVEN PLASTICS! i used it on my dull plastics and i have never seen anything make plastics that glossy before in my life and its pretty cheap too
