I've tried to do some work at my piston ... and the result was amazing, more power and more top end speed! From 115 to 122 KM/h! First I had a nearly stock Woessner Piston in my DT200R engine. But it's a very heavy part (238 gramm). So I did the best I could do : I made the piston lighter till 190 gramm.

Here are some pics:

I'm not lucky! I had to ride 800 KM through Germany to France, because here in Germany is not one to get! I bougt the whole motorbike and sold the parts I couldn't need on ebay.

Switching the engine wasn't also as simple as writen by yammyyammyblaster, there were many nights work to do! And Yammy had a DT200 and I've a DT200R.

But it was the best thing I did with my BlasterI:I!

By the way, next week perhaps I go on a Dyno, then I'll know how much power I'll really haveB-).

I understand.
Very interesting subject though.
Most +3 vito's crank installs go with a spacer plate.
I like your out of the box thinking B-)

nice to see someone else on here who can run a ram and wire EDM
most people dont even realize what those machines do
