My blaster will start up like normal , ill take the choke out after it warms up a little bit and the idle will get higher and higher like i was giving it gas . Now after i kick it it starts reving real loud , i have the throttle adjustment on the handle bars adjusted all the way in so it would turn the idle down but it does not help

Tbrooks hit the nail on the head. Sound like a runaway idle caused by an airleak. Check the carb out too, make sure if the oil injection is blocked off that the vaccum cap is on the nipple, also make sure the cap on top the carb is screwed down tight, and is sealing properly.

The screw at the handle bars is not the idle adjustment. That is used to get slack out of the cable. There should be a little slack in the cable before raising the carb slide. The idle adjustment is on top of the TORS brick located under the seat.
