my 30mm OKO carb is still not getting fuel to the bowl. i'm about to chunk it. ive took it apart i don't know how many times i've taken it apart and cleaned it literally taken everything apart and cleaned it. Please help

so is their fuel coming from the gas tank?

yea i took the petcock out and made sure it was clean. i took the bowl off and turned the gas on and there is gas coming out. but when i put the bowl back on there is nothing

i can put gas in the bowl and start it. it will fire right up but it uses up all the gas and dies again

sounds like the float is bent and is getting stuck to the side of the bowl

bend the float back its not really hard to do

i dont get how adjusting that little tab will make the floats measure any different since that is what the float valve sits on

The needle and seat is a tap, bend the tab up and it shuts off the fuel at a lower level in the carby bowl.

Take the carby off and invert it, then slowly turn it back the right way up.

If you listen carefully you should hear the float shutting off the needle.

Shake the carby, you should hear the float rattling around in the bowl, if nothing is heard the float is binding and needs careful adjustment to free it.
