Downloaded TOR, it wont connect to anything onion. service is verizon on a jetpack. How the hell do I trouble shoot this thing??

yes, the TOR project, it bounces your connection around the world for anonymity

it appears you need to tell your firewall to allow passage from TOR
that trasncript you show above keeps saying "isn't reachable by our firewall policy" then tries some "bridge" and fails
