I assume that this means it is a fresh re build.

Was it the correct size piston?

Were heat cycles performed?

Do you warm it up properly before riding?

Did you use a new head gasket?

Was the head tensioned to the correct settings?

Was the reason for re building because of a broken piston?

Was it tested leak free?

yes I did all that. its at .40 over rebuilt it cause had no rings. it makes like a rrrrrr sound like something is grinding. when it does it the kick lever flys up real fast and hits my foot. don't do it with the plug out and it have compression. maybe the crank? does it every couple of kicks.
