No clutch

Hey yall, I just finished rebuilding the blaster. Now I have NO clutch at all. All gears are there, runs good, but no clutch at all. What did I do wrong or not do right? Any ideas? Any thing to check for ? Thanks for any help !

What type of rebuild did you do? Top end? Bottom end? Both? Did you split cases? Was the clutch removed?

Need more info. Off the top of my head it could be:

Actuator arm lined up?
Clutch plates in correct?
Clutch basket in correct?
Installed BOTH ball and rod?
Pressure plate on correct way?
How much play is in the clutch lever?


Just a few questions.

You misaligned the clutch stack of plates with the basket. Pull clutch back apart make sure the plates are tight after installing pressure plate springs. Also check for actuator ball is present and clutch rod actuator is present.then make sure clutch arm position is at 0 index position.
