NEW TO THE GROUP

Hi new to the group, have a little exprerience with Blasters had an 01 many years back currently have (i believe a 99) Bought it recently for 800 bucks and it is beat. Went through the carb 100% and had a perfect idle.. went super hard the other day and now its running a bit sloppy... top end time....

I work at an Yamaha dealer but have always used wisco for the tops.. Things as cheap as the link givin are usually to good to be true what do you guys think??

yes it is too good to be true = Chinese junk
just have your top end bored/honed and rebuilt with a quality piston and stock gaskets

whats the compression of your current top end ?
