You can buy a brand new stock stroke vito's stuffer crank from vito's for 126 shipped to you door, I just got one a few weeks ago
That's more then half of what I paid for the blaster I was looking for a used one for cheap
Your gonna pay 50-75 plus shipping for a good used crank thats just gonna be a ticking time bomb beforeit blows a thrust washer an destroys your top end, plus im assuming your not gonna spend the money to do it right an put new bearings an seals on too
Not that doing a bottom end is that hard, but if you do it right, you piece of mind.
Only way I'd use a used crank is if I knew the person. Had just put a new crank in. Rode it for 20hrs, and wrecked, burned down, or was going to upgrade.
Or if I had a cheapie to flip.

Just do it right. New vitos stroker crank is $150, bearings and seals is $50. $200 and now you have a fresh stroker motor.
